Bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, etc Laundry, ironing, vacuuming Changing linens/towels (minimum weekly, sometimes more) Kitchen clean up throughout day every day Assist with meals and shopping including:
Shopping and restock household supplies Grocery shopping and grocery deliveries Receive and unpack food and other deliveries Assist with meal preparation Meal serving help when having company Overall house organization including closets, drawers and storage areas Clean up and organization of outdoor patios including outdoor furniture cover / uncover, and cushions in and out daily Manage maintenance repairs (schedule and arrival of repair people, etc) Children are fully grown - no child care required US Drivers License (car will be supplied for use for errands) Household errands requiring driving Dog Care (One 40 lb dog) - including feeding, walking, and cleaning up after dog.
Overnight dog care when we are not there.
Occasional flower cutting and arranging Terms of offer $75,000 per year Annual bonus of two weeks salary Typical daily hours of 9-1 and 4-8 On average, expectation of 8 hours of work per day.
Many days will be as light as 4 hours, and on occasion some days may be 10
hours.
When there are no guests (most of the time), work will often be lighter and work hours less.
When a full house of guests and mostly during summer, work hours will be longer.
During periods of a lot of guests, will explore bringing in additional temporary help.
5 days per week.
Days off Tuesday and Wednesday.
3 weeks of paid vacation per year when we are on vacation Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years will be paid holidays Private bedroom and bathroom Some possible New York City work to be determined.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
