The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
The key duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include but are not limited to:
Enter data on manual invoices and ensure proper coding on documents.
Comfort and familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate formulas, tables, filters, and ability to analyze transaction data expected) Comfort and familiarity on phone calls with customers/vendors, must have good phone call and email follow-up skills Collect & post checks from daily mail and wires, prepare daily bank deposits.
The ideal Accounts Receivable Clerk will:
Have at least 2 years experience within a similar position.
Have experience of working within the construction industry.
Be a strong communicator and team player.
