Quick Apply Full-time Part-time Temporary 13 hours ago Full Job Description Ground Operations Coordinator Responsible for manning the Ground Operation's radio desk which is the base communication hub for all aircraft ground operations on the FBO ramp.
Responsible for communicating succinctly to pilots via radio and ability to gather all vital service requests necessary for each aircraft.
Responsible for coordinating:
Aircraft ground movement, fueling activities, efficient ramp utilization and management of Aircraft GSE operations.
Communicate aircraft ground support requirements with personnel as needed.
Performs non-radar flight monitoring and coordinates aircraft arrivals and departures with ground crews.
Keeps department Lead and Management fully and accurately informed concerning operational status and potential facility safety concerns.
Utilizes varied communication tools to effectively communicate using electronic/digital equipment and air and ground radios.
Provides assistance and interacts with multiple departments and a wide range of customers.
Candidate must be able to work as directed by operational requirements.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience with aircraft Ground Base Operations related work.
Candidate must be able to work with minimal or no supervision Candidate must be able to understand operations and aviation related instructions, policies and standard operating procedures.
Previous experience working with TFBO FBO software a plus.
Previous Aviation radio communication experience required.
Candidate must have a current Driver's License.
Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Candidate subject to back-ground checks & drug & alcohol screening.
